Book Week

Date:  Week 5 Term 3 2025

Book Week is a special time at our school where we celebrate a love of reading. Students take part in fun activities throughout the week such as our annual book parade and scholastic bookfair

Celebrations of Learning

Date:  Week 9 Term 3

EL Education is a holistic approach to programming for learning experiences. EL teaching and learning pedagogies are used in all our teaching programs, we highlight the use of this style of learning once a year when we present our ‘Celebration of Learning’ event in Term 3. This is a wonderful day where our students and teachers display the incredible learning they have been undertaking in the classroom.

P&C meeting

Date:  Usually Mondays Week 3 & week 7

Time:  6pm

Join our vibrant P&C.  Meetings are usually held week 3 and 7 of every term in the school library. Parents and carers are welcome to attend.

Athletics Carnivals

Dungay students always look forward to our annual swimming, cross country, and athletics carnivals. These exciting events are a highlight of the school year, filled with fun, friendly competition, and school spirit. Parents and carers are warmly invited to attend and cheer on their children. Your support makes the day even more special!

Excursions

Excursions are a valuable part of learning at Dungay, giving students the opportunity to explore new environments and apply their knowledge in real-world settings. These experiences help bring classroom lessons to life, build teamwork, and create lasting memories.

Dungays Got Talent Show

The Dungays Got Talent Show is a fun and exciting event where students come together to showcase their unique talents. From singing and dancing to comedy and magic, it’s a wonderful opportunity for students to build confidence, express themselves, and celebrate each other’s creativity.
